Aisling qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2018, and has built a thriving clinic since then. She is a member of the NTOI (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland) and insured to see clients one to one. In early 2022, Aisling also qualified as a Naturopath, giving her more tools such as Bach flower remedies, Schussler tissue salts, auricular acupressure and detox strategies to support her clients on their journey to better health. Aisling works with clients to uncover and address the underlying cause of specific symptoms or health concerns. Aisling also enjoys giving healthy eating and nutrition talks and classes.

You can email, call or book an appointment through Calendly. Aisling is very flexible and will try to accommodate your preferred appointment time – mornings, afternoons or evenings.
Aisling will send you confirmation and information for your appointment. During the appointment Aisling will assess your current diet, exercise, sleep, stressors, medical history and genetic factors. Any testing is an additional cost but this can be discussed if required at the appointment.
Aisling will email a plan which will include all dietary and lifestyle recommendations, informative handouts and recipes to work on for a number of weeks until your next consultation. Aisling will discuss with you if any supplements are required also, and can even order these for you.
Aisling will arrange another appointment to follow up and add more to the plan if needed. Aisling is available to answer any questions or provide support via email between appointments.
